It took Gint-M 2.5 months to complete all the works on the area of 450 sq. m. The result is a modern, convenient office geared towards the company’s specifics. You’ll find several functional spaces here: reception, open workspace, 2 meeting rooms, several walled offices for chief executives as well as a kitchen and coffee zone where employees can discuss business matters in an informal setting.

The new office is a multipurpose agile space that can be adjusted to various corporate tasks, courtesy of planning and engineering solutions.

“The ceilings with utilities laid bare add volume and ‘air’ to the interior,” says Artem Panteleev, Business Development Director, Gint-M. “It’s noteworthy that technologically challenging tasks set by the client – e.g. self-leveling floors in all office premises, integration of wall panels into the interior, built-in furniture – did not entail the project deadline rescheduling.”
