Some time ago Wintershall decided to move its Russian office from Moscow to the Northern Capital in order to stay closer to its strategic partners. The Company has rented almost 2.500 square meters in the modern A-class Business Center “Renaissance-Premium” located at Reshetnikova street. Following the tender results Gint-M was selected as the General Contractor. OFFCON Bureau provided the architectural solutions.

The works for furnishing new working space for the oil-and-gas Company was completed in 8 months after the project start. Gint-M has fulfilled the entire scope of interior design and engineering works in the office premises.

And partition walls integrated into the interior design have increased level of fire prevention, which makes the office safe for the employees.
